Mermaid Baubles

I love creating Unique handcrafted works of art using sea glass, shells, beads, wire and genuine Gifts from the Sea. No two of my creations are exactly the same, and that makes these Mermaids Baubles even more special!vc

I have been blessed to have lived by the Atlantic my entire life, so I find an ‘ocean’ of inspiration all around me. I love breathing the salt air, feeling the ocean breeze, hearing the sound of the waves & gulls...and beachcombing barefoot along the shore, especially after a storm! I want to share that joy with you and that is why I create these items.

About my Seashell blossoms:

My inspiration for these delicate blossoms comes from my fascination with exquisite vintage “Sailor’s Valentines”. Sailor’s Valentines are seashell collages featuring hearts, flowers and more. The origins of the Sailor’s Valentine date back to the 1800’s, when Sailors, most of them from here in New England, bought them or made them as a token of their affection for their loved ones back home!
